Our partner is a thirteen-year old consumer electronics wholesaler based in the United States whose aim is to bring best-selling products to resellers and distributors of all sizes around the world.



the specifics


Work arrangement: 
Remote | Full-time

Work hours: US hours (EST), Mondays through Fridays

Salary range: Based on experience

Requirements: Remote work-ready equipment (computer/laptop, headphones, high-speed internet)

responsibilities

  • Leading all employees involved in the accounting process, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory and compliance

  • Helping create and implement an accounting process

  • Performing regular financial analysis and providing insights to the management team on areas for cost reduction, profit enhancement, and financial stability

  • Maintaining and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

  • Ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and preparing and submitting tax returns in a timely manner

  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations

  • Managing vendor and customer accounts, including invoice processing, payment verification, and resolving any financial inquiries.

qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Must have previous accounting experience

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Odoo (CRM) experience is a plus
